Agent Availability Status.

Your Availability status will determine if inbound chats will be routed to you or team members. You can update your availability status with a single click when you are all set to chat with visitors on your website.

1. Click the Go Online on the status bar. This will set your status to “I’m Available”.

The “I’m Available” status lets you receive incoming chat requests from visitors based on your skill level.

Updating your status to “Do Not Disturb”, “At Lunch”, and “Vacation” will keep you logged in to ChatSupport but will stop all incoming chats from visitors.

Offline Mode:

Closing and reopening the ChatSupport tab on your browser will change your chat availability status to Offline. Click Go Online on the status bar to set your status to “I’m Available” again.
