Assign and Unassign Widgets to a Team Member.

You can assign and unassign widgets to a team member to moderate chat routing. Only team members with Owner and Admin access can perform this action.

1. Login to your ChatSupport account.

2. Go to Team Directory, and click the team member from My Team.

3. Click Permissions, then click the three dots icon and then click Edit.

4. Click the drop-down next to Assign Widgets. Then click the check-box to assign or unassign a widget to the team member.

5. Click Save.
