Live Visitor Queue.
The Visitors section shows you the list of people who are currently on your website. You can initiate a chat with any of the visitors from here.
The “Visitor Status” gives you the activity status of a visitor on your website.
Active: Visitor is actively browsing your website, and hasn’t initiated a conversation yet.
Inactive: No browsing activity by the visitor on your website for the past few minutes.
Start Chat
Click the Start Chat link next to the visitor’s name under the Actions tab to start a chat with the user.
View Current Webpage of the Visitor
See the list of all the visitors browsing through your website at any given time. You can also monitor which webpages they are currently viewing.
