Answering Inbound Chats.

When a visitor on your website clicks on your chat widget and starts a conversation, ChatSupport will route the interaction to your team. ChatSupport will prompt your team to accept an inbound chat after which a team member can start chatting with the visitor.

1. Click the “Go Online” link to set your status to “I'm Available” with just a click..

2. Alternatively, click the drop-up button to see status options. Click “I'm Available” to Go Online.

By doing this, you mark yourself ready to start receiving chats.

3. You will see a prompt to accept or reject the chat on the dashboard when a visitor clicks on the chat widget. Click accept.

4. The chat is now assigned to you and will appear under My Chats. Click on the chat to start responding to questions from the visitor.
