ChatSupport Widgets.
The ChatSupport widget has three different types of configuration:
1. Chat Widget
2. Proactive Chat Widget
3. Lead Capture Widget
You can add a ChatSupport widget to your website in a few simple steps.
1. Chat Widget
The chat widget can be found on the bottom right corner of your website. Once visitors click on the widget, the agent will be notified instantly by a prompt for the incoming chat request. Clicking Accept will let the agent begin chatting with the visitor.

2. Proactive Chat Widget
The proactive chat widget automatically opens the chat widget and enables the visitor to start engaging. As soon as they begin typing, the agent will be notified of the incoming chat request. Clicking Accept will let the agent begin chatting with the visitor.

3. Lead Capture Widget
The Lead Capture widget is designed to drive business growth and helps convert visitors to prospective clients. A lead capture widget can be configured on your website to let visitors submit their contact information like name and email address for your team to contact them later.
