Configure Lead Capture Widget.
Create and set up a lead-capture widget to auto pop-up every time a visitor hits your website. Provide a way for your visitors to leave their contact details if they’d like to engage with your sales team further.
1. Go to Settings > Manage Widgets > Click on the widget you’d like to configure.
2. Click Widget Behaviour, then click the Survey Forms tab.
3. Turn ON the Pre-chat Survey Form to deploy the lead capture widget in action on your website.
4. The lead capture widget is now active and can be found on the bottom right corner of your website.
