Set Custom Widget Picture.

Featuring an agent’s picture on the widget icon improves the chances of customers clicking on it. It builds trust, increases engagement, and helps improve visitor-lead conversions.

1. Go to Settings, then click Manage Widgets.

2. Select a widget.

3. Click Widget Style.

4. In the customization area under Widget Icon, click the camera icon to upload a picture from your computer.

5. Alternatively, click the avatar to choose a custom widget picture.
